5/4/2020 Channel Update

Hello Everyone, I just wanted to drop a quick channel update as I have a number of different projects in the works as well, as a big milestone for the channel, and some personal/school things to balance. I was sort of hoping that the timing for 1000 subscribers would work out a little better, as I am in the midst of testing for school. For those of you who don't know, I am nearly done with my Physician Assistant training, and plan to graduate this August. Hopefully Coronavirus doesn't change that too much! Of course, school does take priority of YouTube and Rockhounding (Sad, I know), so a few of the projects that you might be waiting for will likely be just a little delayed. Additionally, next week (5/10-5/16) I'll be away for some much needed family vacation time. However, you can still count on at least one video during this time period. Here's a little bit more of a detailed look at where I am with the following projects: 1. Quarantine Rock Cutting - Episode 3: Rocks are cut, but still need polishing. Hopefully will finish that this week after I wrap up my tests, and the video will be out sometime next week if all goes to plan. 2. 1000 subscriber giveaway: I want this to be special since it is a big milestone for the channel. IF I have the time then It will come out shortly after we hit 1000, but otherwise it might take me until next week or even the week after. Rest assured, the wait will be worth it if it comes to that. 3. 1000 Subscriber TOP SECRET ROCKHOUNDING TRIP: You'll have to bear with me as I sort out the details on this one. It involves a very long drive to a secret destination. I'm in the process of setting everything up. This one might still be a few weeks out (Finger's crossed) Those are the projects that are currently in flux right now. FYI for those wondering - Things in Montana are slowly returning to normal, so I will likely be back out on Clinical Rotations soon.
